We have had our Comfortaire Celenia for about three years now, and we truly love it. You can read all of the testimonials and the copy ads, but you never genuinely know how good a company is until you have a problem. Now we know how good Nationwide Mattress is. We experienced a minor problem with the WhisperFlo pump. Upon notification of our problem the response was IMMEDIATE and EFFECTIVE. This is the true measure of a company.

I recv'd the bed today and it worked out well since I had
taken 1/2 day vacation time and it was delivered about 2PM. Perfect timing for
me. UPS had a wrong address; 7808 instead of 7308 and it took them some effort
to correct it, but it is here and the UPS guy was not too flustered.
Just wanted to say that the bed is BETTER than I even expected. The quality of
all of the parts is superb! You were correct in everything you told me.
Everything neatly packed and clean. No box damage.
Everything went together well (even though the 20 to 30 minute suggested time to
put it together is WAY to short when you are doing this by yourself. Had I had
some help it would certainly have gone by faster. The bed is plush and
comfortable. Cannot wait to get my wife to try her side and see how things work
out. I am sure it will take a couple of weeks to get just the 'right' setting
but I can see now that it will work out just fine. My back will have to adjust
to the change.
I will be posting to
epinions.com as soon as my wife has had a chance to 'experience' the bed
since I have been attempting to convince her for over a year that this is what
we needed to purchase. I will mention your name. I am surprised that no one
has posted any comments about the Celesta. Wish some customers would post.
Again, thanks for your help and honesty about the product. It is so nice to
deal with folks who tell the truth despite the fact that they may lose a sell by
what they say. Hope you sell a ton of beds and hopefully my comments will
help.
I will be telling all of my friends at work about you. I know a couple in Fla
who have the Select Comfort and they are going to be ordering 2 more for their
home. I will suggest to them that they give you a try and buy a Comfortaire
instead.
One suggestion (maybe I missed it) is that there should be a 'method' of
initially adjusting the bed to your specific needs included in the
instructions. I know I read some instructions on a web site about going down by
about 7 at a time until you get it right. Not sure if you simply move it to
where you 'think' you are comfortable or to adjust it differently for a better
long-term comfort level by choosing smaller increments.
Anyway, I am a VERY satisfied customer!

I wanted to take a moment to let you know that the mattress/set arrived on March
7th, and we are completely happy with the bed.
The folks who set the bed up were prompt and polite, but did not follow the
assembly instructions, so I reassembled the bed after they left (sometimes it
helps to read the directions). They did move the bed, and remove the old bed and
packing materials as promised.
Regardless, based upon my dealing with your company, and satisfaction with the
mattress, I would not hesitate to recommend either the Comfortaire bed or your
company to my friends.

Gentlemen:
Recently I ordered one of your Comfortaire Mattresses over the internet, from Nationwide Mattress. It arrived within ten days of my order. The product felt wonderful and I was very pleased with it. However, due to (I assume) continual “glitches” in our wiring, the bed frequently powered itself “down” without our directing it to do so.
Comfortaire was wonderful about working with us to resolve this problem. They sent us several parts replacements, at no extra charge, and returned all our phone calls or e-mails the same day we contacted them. Eventually, we realized the bed would not work for us, and, sadly, we had to return the whole thing.
I am writing to let you know, however, how pleased I was with your representative, Richard Alfano. (Richard@nationwidemattress.com). He bent over backwards to do everything possible to help us. He was always positive and courteous, and we greatly appreciated his help. When we ultimately returned our queen-sized bed, Nationwide refunded us all of our money, to the penny. We were not out one cent! They also sent us UPS stickers and had a driver arrive at our door to pick up the bed, free of charge.
I was blown away by their care. I would certainly have no hesitation ordering another product from this company—and I would certainly recommend Richard and his co-workers as trusted employees. Sincerely, Susan S. 11-03-04

No Problem....so far you have lived up to what everyone has written about

I only wish I had never bid on the E bay item.....the only reason I did was it
was supposed to come with the foundation.....something I knew I didn't really
need. It didn't have a return, but after trying the Select Comfort at the mall
I kind of felt I most likely wouldn't need to return it anyway. I saw your
Website early on in my research, but just didn't want to take the chance on
something I couldn't see....I should have taken advantage of the 90 day
return.......would have saved me $1200 !!!
Hopefully the sheriffs department that is working the case will get back some
money for us....or maybe we'll just get the satisfaction of knowing they went to

As you are aware, my wife and I are Chiropractors in New York. Over the years we
have been asked by numerous patients for our recommendation in regards to an
appropriate mattress type that will be both beneficial to the patient and yet

We ordered our mattress on Tue. 11-19-02. It arrived on Mon. 11-25-02, after
just 4 working days. Everything was in good shape, and just as we had
ordered it.
The assembly was very easy (30 min) and the bed is very comfortable. We are
very satisfied with our purchase. We also saved about $500 by purchasing
on-line from you.
