Although Comfortaire is the best value in a air mattress occasionally a customer may decide to return their mattress, to do so simply e-mail us or call toll free (866)968-7233 and you will receive a return authorization number. All goods authorized for return must be shipped directly to our office. All returns must be returned prepaid in factory condition and shipped back in original cartons FedEx or UPS. (FedEx is usually cheaper than a standard mail box shipping company)

We suggest you try the mattress for at least 4-5 weeks, Since this is an adjustable air bed mattress you should try adjusting the air pressure up or down to get the full effect of the support and comfort this mattress offers. If after this time you are not COMPLETELY SATISFIED WE WILL TAKE THE MATTRESS BACK NO QUESTIONS ASKED!

While we make every effort to satisfy every customer occasionally a full refund can not be issued. All refunds must adhere to these conditions.

1- The air bed mattress must be returned within 90 days of the factory shipping date.

2- The mattress must be returned in the Original Boxes with no broken, stained or soiled parts, With instructions and warranty card included.

3- The cost to replace any broken, stained or soiled parts will be deducted from your refund amount. You will receive an invoice for the damaged parts. If the cartons were damaged in shipping if sent insured, you can file a claim with UPS to recover the difference.

4- The mattress shall be repacked in factory condition in the original Comfortaire cartons and closed with clear packing tape and sent to our office via UPS. We recommend insuring the cartons to protect you for any damages in transit. DO NOT write on the box.! Use a label that has your name, address, and return authorization number.

5- Once the mattress arrives at our office it will be inspected for any damages, a refund check will be issued and be sent out the next business day.

6- UNLIKE OTHER INTERNET DEALERS YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED A RESTOCKING FEE, AND YOU WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SHIPPING TO YOUR HOME AND BACK. JUST THE COST BACK TO OUR OFFICE**. WHICH CAN SAVE YOU UP TO A $100.00 DOLLARS IN YOUR REFUND TOTAL. (**Shipping fees to Alaska and Hawaii are not refundable.)

Adjustable Bases are not included in our 90 day sleep trial. If an adjustable base order is cancelled after it has already shipped, or in the case of a refusal, the customer will be responsible for any and all freight charges. This includes the original freight cost to the customer, as well as the cost of the return to our warehouse. Also DEMO mattresses are not included in the 90 day sleep trial.

Mattresses cannot be returned to Nationwidemattress.com after the 90 day trial has expired. If anything ever goes wrong with the mattress we will be more than happy to assist you file a claim with Comfortaire for your warranty issues for as long as you own your mattress. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services before, during, and after the sale.

It is not our business practice to withhold any money for a mattress returned that meet the above criteria. So please return the product to us "in the same condition in which we sent it to you!"

How to Shrink Foam Toppers for Shipping
Fold foam in 3rds as shown
Place foam in White trash bag
Place end of vacuum hose into bag slightly between foam layer. Loosely twist bag around hose and squeeze tight. turn on vacuum. if vacuum slows, pull back hose 1/2" or so.
When the core has shrunk to 1/3 it's size, pull hose out and twist bag tightly.
Fold excess plastic over side of roll
seal it at seam with the packing tape and place it in the box
