2-Personalized attention to your every need. We employ

mattress, but instead will listen to your needs and try to assist you with your
mattress selection.
3-We will never leave you on hold! When you call in
you will be greeted by our receptionists who will connect you to a Customer Care
Specialist. If all agents are assisting other customers or you wish to speak to
a particular Customer Care Specialist, instead of waiting on hold they

leaves the factory. We will send you the UPS/FEDEX/White Glove tracking numbers so you can

5-If you want to purchase a mattress after-hours or should
ever need to file a warranty claim we have an answering service available 24
hours a day, 365 days a year can assist you with your needs. Or they can take a
message to have a Customer Care Specialist call you back at YOUR CONVENIENCE!!

6- We stock most of the replacement parts at our
Dallas office, so in the event of a back order or delay at the factory, we will
have the ability to ship out replacement parts from our inventory. This assures
you that you will never have to wait longer than necessary to get replacement
parts delivered to your home. This service is exclusive to customers who
purchased their mattress from Nationwidemattress.com and only offered at
Nationwidemattress.com, this is a commitment to service we offer every one of
our customers. Return Label expires so package must ship before 5/14. Parts
not returned by due date will be billed to your account.
7- If you should have any questions about assembling or adjusting your new
Mattress, Call our Customer Care Specialists and they will assist
you with any questions you may have.
