We offer the industry’s widest range of airbed control systems, including pumps that manage up to six independent zones per bed. Each control system comes standard with two wired hand pendants that feature large, easily readable digital graphics. Pump color selection has been coordinated to the most popular current fashions.

RF Welding Technology

RF Welding, also known as “Dielectric Welding”, is a proven technology used to fuse polymers for high performance applications. Simply stated, a high intensity electromagnetic field is directed through multiple layers of film that is compressed between electrodes. The high frequency radio energy of the magnetic field creates excitement at the molecular level of the films, causing the simultaneous release of heat and a “welding” of the like-kind materials. The resultant bond is usually as strong as the original materials.

The technology works best with polymers that have a high dipole (inherent electronic polarity) such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyurethanes (PU), and polyamides (nylon and Kevlar). Certain polyolefin materials, such as polyethylene and polypropylene, are not good candidates for RF Welding as a result of their weak dipoles and resistance to excitement by RF energy. In the US the most common RF welding frequency is set at 27.12 MHz, but frequencies vary depending on country.

Air Chambers

Our air chambers feature the industry’s widest range of material choices. Our designs include the use of urethane, PVC, and textile-plastic blended materials. We manufacture chambers that offer 2, 4 and 6 zones of independent control. Our chambers are suitable for use in all traditional foam encased mattresses, toppers and for certain medical applications such as patient rotational beds. Our chamber designs accommodate use in adjustable beds, beds featuring "slat" frames and for use with all of the leading foundations.

Unlike the competition we do not need 6" edge supports which reduces your sleep surface!! Our unique Baffled bladders are self contained and our 2.5" edge support gives added support and beautifully tailored look without the typical "bowed out look" of a tradition air bed!

For putting to mattress together, such as two twin mattresses into one king mattress, there really is a tendency for gaps in the middle of the bed. Eliminate all that using this Forever Air strip wedge, That sits on top of the chambers not between them. This will illuminate the "HUMP or HAMMOCK" found in Traditional air mattresses . You place the foam on top of the  two Chambers under the foam toppers and this eliminates the "Center Divide".
