90 Day Mattress Return Policy

Although Forever Air is the best value in a air mattress occasionally a customer may decide to return their mattress, to do so simply e-mail us or call toll free (866)968-7233 and you will receive a return authorization number. All goods authorized for return must be shipped directly to our office.  All returns must be returned prepaid in factory condition and shipped back in original cartons FedEx or UPS( use UPS Freight LTL).

      We suggest you try the mattress for at least 6-7 weeks, Since this is an adjustable air bed mattress you should try adjusting the air pressure up or down to get the full effect of the support and comfort this mattress offers. If after this time you are not COMPLETELY SATISFIED WE WILL TAKE THE MATTRESS BACK NO QUESTIONS ASKED!

While we make every effort to satisfy every customer occasionally a  full refund can not be issued.    All refunds must adhere to these conditions.

1-  The air bed mattress must be returned within 100 days of the factory shipping date.

  2- The mattress must be returned in the Original Boxes with no broken, stained or soiled parts, With Copy of Original Sales Receipt and Return Authorization Number included.

  3- The cost to replace any broken, stained or soiled parts will be deducted from your refund amount. You will receive an invoice for the damaged parts. If the cartons were damaged in shipping if sent insured, you can file a claim with Freight Carrier to recover the difference.

4- The mattress shall be repacked in factory condition in the original Forever Bed cartons and closed with clear packing tape and sent to our office via UPS LTL Freight Services. We recommend insuring the cartons to protect you for any damages in transit. DO NOT write on the box.! Use a label that has your name, address, and return authorization number.

If you like we will GLADLY arrange the pick up of your mattress allowing you a stress free return, using our Discount Rates. We will include the bill for return shipping so you can see the cost of  The return shipping which will be deducted from your refund.

5- Once the mattress arrives at our office it will be inspected for any damages, a refund check will be issued and be sent out within 5-7 business days.

6- UNLIKE OTHER  MATTRESS COMPANIES YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED A RESTOCKING FEE, AND YOU WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING TO YOUR HOME. 

JUST THE COST TO SHIP THE MATTRESS BACK TO OUR OFFICE**. WHICH CAN SAVE YOU UP TO A $200.00 DOLLARS IN YOUR REFUND TOTAL. (**Shipping fees to Alaska and Hawaii are not refundable.)

7- UNLIKE OTHER MATTRESS COMPANIES IF YOU RECEIVED ANY PROMOS, YOU CAN KEEP THEM JUST FOR TRYING OUR PRODUCTS!!

Adjustable Bases, Linens, Clearance and Custom Orders are not included in our 90 day sleep trial.  If a Sale is cancelled after it has already shipped, or in the case of a refusal, the customer will be responsible for any and all freight charges. This includes the original freight cost to the customer, as well as the cost of the return to our warehouse. Also DEMO mattresses are not included in the 90 day sleep trial.

Mattresses cannot be returned after the 90 day trial has expired.  If anything ever goes wrong with your purchase we will be more than happy to assist you with your Products for your warranty issues for as long as you own your mattress.  Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services before, during, and after the sale.

It is not our business practice to withhold any money for a mattress returned that meet the above criteria. So please return the product to us "in the same condition in which we sent it to you!"
